Standard pillows lose their shape a few hours into the night, leaving your neck angled somewhere it never chose to be. This pillow uses a zippered chamber of loose buckwheat hulls instead of fixed foam or fiberfill, so you set the loft once by hand and it holds — no midnight re-fluffing, no morning stiffness from a pillow that flattened while you slept.

Most pillows lose their shape long before you fall asleep.

Foam breaks down. Fiberfill clumps and drifts to the edges of the case. Within a few months, the loft that once held your neck in line is gone, and you're resting on a compressed pad while your neck drops out of alignment — a few degrees at a time, every single night.

The Adjustable Ergonomic Cervical Pillow replaces that fixed fill with loose buckwheat hulls sealed in a zippered chamber. The hulls shift to follow the curve of your neck instead of packing down flat, and you can add or remove them at any time to match the exact loft your sleep position needs — no need to buy a different pillow when your firmness preference changes.

PRODUCT SPEC

Natural Buckwheat Hull Filling

Loose hulls settle around the neck's shape instead of compressing into a fixed lump.

Customizable Firmness

Add or remove filling until the support feels right for your sleep position.

Ergonomic Neck & Shoulder Contour

Shaped to sit under the neck and shoulders rather than pushing them out of line.

Removable, Breathable Cover

A soft polyester-spandex cover that comes off cleanly for care between uses.

Compact Footprint

15.0 × 4.7 × 3.1 in (38 × 12 × 8 cm) — small enough for a bed, a sofa, or a travel bag.

Multi-Purpose Support

Works for sleep, reading, meditation, or any moment you want steady neck support.

Concealed Zipper Closure

Keeps the hull chamber secure and out of sight once you've set your firmness.

How it works

Ventilate. If a natural buckwheat scent is noticeable, let the pillow air out in a well-ventilated space before first use.

Position. Place the pillow under your neck on your bed, sofa, or preferred resting surface.

Adjust. Open the concealed zipper and add or remove hulls until the firmness feels right.

Close. Zip the chamber shut to lock in your preferred support level.

Rest. Use it nightly for sleep, or anytime you want support while reading, meditating, or relaxing.

TIP

Adjust the filling in small amounts — a little goes further than expected, and it's easier to add hulls back than to overfill on the first try.

MATERIALS & DESIGN

Built From Materials That Hold Their Shape

Foam and fiberfill are molded to one firmness at the factory, and that firmness is the only one you'll ever get. Buckwheat hulls work differently — each one is a small, independent shape that moves within the chamber, so the fill settles around the neck instead of compressing under it. That's also why the zipper matters: a side sleeper and a back sleeper need different amounts of loft under the neck, and a fixed-fill pillow can only ever serve one of them well.

Questions before you buy

Can I change the firmness after I've already started using it?+

Yes. The zipper stays accessible for the life of the pillow, so you can add or remove hulls any time your preferred firmness changes.

Is it suitable for both side sleepers and back sleepers?+

Yes. The ergonomic contour combined with the adjustable fill lets you set a different loft depending on how you sleep.

Is the cover machine washable?+

The cover is removable for easy care. Follow the care label on the cover itself for washing instructions.

Will the buckwheat filling have a noticeable smell?+

Natural buckwheat hulls can carry a mild aroma when the pillow is first opened. Letting it air out for a few hours before first use is recommended.
